Starting To Get Serious- Help Me Out

Alright so I am debating whether to buy my friends prett much new Greddy Evolution for $200 or get he amazing Apexi N1 for $500. The N1 sounds so nice but you can't beat the Greddy price. Also what's something around $200 that I could do. Everyone has an AEM cold air, I want something cool like a new throttle body or something! Hit me back wih some answers!

I would get the GReddy, and for $200 you could always get a Header?

That's what I was thinking, some DC sports headers would be real nice. Here's the trick though, the Gredy is for a GSR and I have an LS, a guy at work said he could weld it because the only difference is the length. I think he's right but is that true?

that is true the difference is like 2.5" or so.
