Starting Problem

i bought my car 4 months ago. i only drove 26 miles on it and it died. the timing kept advancing but i pulled the engine and got it fixed. now my engine wont start. when i turn the key the soleniod clicks but the starter doesn't crank. any ideas?

I checked the grounds and they are all hooked up correctly. i tried to cank the cranks shaft by hand and it wuoldn't budge. thats why my starter can turn the flywheel. I dont know why i cant crank it by hand. i had no problems doing it before i put the motor back in.
