Starting problem with my DA

Just joined this site so go easy on me for using it wrong..

I have a da that has starting issues. If the engine is warm, it doesnt start unelss i manually tap on the starter with a blunt object (usually tire iron). Also certain fuses in my main fuse box decide to blow every month or so. Could it be a bad ground? I already had to create a new ground going from my valve covers to the frame of the car. Help please im tired of taking my starter out to take it to a parts store for them to tell me theres nothing wrong with it.

Check where the the wires hook up to the starter, clean the conductors and make sure its free of any nasty rust, make sure there isn't any other faulty wires where they hook up.

thanks guys. Helps alot. Starting issue is fixed, but certain fuses in my fuse box blow like once a month. Idk where to even start to fix that.
