It's under the driver side dash, like right above your knees, you can unplug it from the wiring,I used to have a 91, that solenoid was a bitch.

sorry i was thinking about main relay, starter solenoid should be on the starter under your hood.

Most starters these days have the solenoid integrated. It's part of the starter.
