ssautochrome kits any good?

I was on ebay today and came across this turbo kit for the B18 integra, and I was wondering are these ssautochrome kits any good? Or is it just one of those cheap ones u always find on ebay, something I get what I paid for. The manifold probably crack after a couple thousand miles.

I know a couple of guys who have used them and they both had problems with the manifold cracking and one guy had problems with the turbo seals leaking. One guy's manifold was fine with the 2.5" downpipe, but when he went to a 3" downpipe, the manifold started cracking. I personally wouldn't risk it on my car, but it's each person's choice to risk it or not.

SS-autocrap . . .thats the real name of the compan. They are a quick fix to the turbo bug, but those kits can really mess up your engine, plus it would be a complete waste of money and time spent putting the kit on and then taking it off after it breaks

Actually a SSAC intercooler is a good quality product. And still cheap.

Now for their manifolds.....Ive heard VERY VERY scary stiuations. Like it completely blowing a weld and dropping a turbo to the ground. They cant stand up to DD situations with the heating and cooling all the time.

The turbos....well....ive heard conflicting things on it, so id say you have a 50/50 shot on them (not the kinda odds id risk $500 on).

Piping, CAN suck. The big issue here is beaded ends. Some of the tubes just have a smooth end on them (bad). Others might have the beaded ends where thier is a bump before the end of the pipe. This helps hold the coupling on under boost. (good)

Alot of the other parts ive seen these kits use are actual name parts. So usually the Wastegate, BOV, TT, are name products and not knock-offs. But some kits do use ALL crap. This is just a norm sort of discription

Except on Intercooler end tanks. But theirs a rumor their not made by them

They probably are made by someone else! I can weld better than the crap I see on there manifolds. They are hideous. The piping doesn't even line up right with the flanges and the collectors are just plain shit.

I told you lol. The piping doesn't line up with the flanges and the welds are shit. Look in the inside of one of those things. You can see where the piping won't line up with the flange and they try to weld it up inside to fill the gap and grind it down. They are comical. I know someone who has one in his garage brand new. I should take pictures of this thing just to see the "quality" of it that they purposely will never show a pic of. He got it, took one look at it, set it aside, and went and bought a good manifold.
