squeak behind dash?!?

i got a 90 teggy ls, im having a squeak behind my dashboard and also the mph gauge pulsates with the squeak..common sense tells me its linked..im new to the jdm world, been palyin with v8's..can somebody help me???

You're speedo cable sounds like it's got one foot in the grave. I'd replace it and see where that gets you.
