engine specs:

k20A block and head with f20c internals
245 hp at 8500
in a civic.


yeah and it revs past 10K

is it me though, or does that tach do weird things.

No its not the tach. The sound dosent seem to match, heard the car shift but he didnt while it was showing in car. If the tach did something weird probably would be because of the wet roads.
