speedo issues

well i have a b16 swap in my 90' DA and im pretty sure the spedo is registering higher than im actually going.
i havent been able to test this yet, but if it is how would i be able to fix it?

different things can cause the speedo to register incorrectly. most common one is using the wrong tire size (my friend's dc is using 205/50/15, and his speedo reads over his actual). 2nd is speedo cable, but that's usually a bouncing speedo...

he didn't have the owners manual... whats the dimentions of the stock tire supposed to be? ill go check what i have on there
