spark trouble

OK so I'm in the final stages of boosting my ls my setup is
B18b1 105xxx miles
T3/t4 turbo .63 ar 58mm I believe
P75 with Neptune rtp the demon one
440cc rc injectors
Walbro 255
Arp head studs
B&m fuel pressure regulator
Ngk bkr7es11

So I have everything installed so. When changing the plugs one of the wires was loose an I started it an it was running like crap so I turned it off an when I went to start it again it had no spark so I figured it was the igniter. An spent 50 bucks on that an still no spark so could it be the coil or the hole dizzy any trouble shooting helps appreciate. No cel or anything

Well it has come to my attention that you broke your car. Maybe you gave a bad wire?

So you had a loose plug wire, fixed it but now it wont run at all? That makes no sense. How do you know its no spark and not something else like a fuse or no fuel?

I took a plug out kept it on the wire grounded it then tried to start it again an there's was no spark. all the ignition an fuel fuses are fine.

That may be a false positive. Its difficult to see the spark even in a completely dark room.
Its odd that it ran before the loose wire, you fix the loose wire and then no more spark?
Put the original igniter back in and try it.

Google advanced ignition troubleshooting. Its a thread on TI, that will tell you how to test the coil and icm.

I replaced the coil an the car started right up. But still isn't running right, its missing I think one of my injectors are stuck open hears what happened we have a sort of test light we put in the injector clip an started the car to make sure it was getting signal from the ecu, it was fine an the car never ran any different with the number 3 injector not connected. But we went to check number 4 in hooked it hooked the test light to it an the car wouldn't run at all so we figure the number three injector is bad, since the car was running the same without the number three in as it was with all 4 of them in but wouldn't run with num 4 out so we think its just running on the 3 cyl 1,2 an 4. Took number 3 plug out an it was soaked in gas. Also just got error code 20 eld circuit. So think its just a bad injector or any other ideas of what it could be

#3 spark plug is not firing. Check the #3 post on the inside of the distributor cap. Then measure the ohm of the spark plug wire from end to end and compare it to the others. Try fresh plugs and make sure its gapped correctly.

It has a new distributor wires plugs an injectors. I contacted phearable.net about the injector to see if I could get a new one an no one has ever had any precision injectors problems an I'd have to contact precision

Swap the injector to another cylinder. See if problem follows injector. That will prove if the problem is injector.
