Ok guys i need you help please. All of a sudden wlearlier today my DA started spitting and missing, so i look under the hood and found a spark plug boot popped out of the tube. I looked in the tube and theres a small amount of some kind of liquid i cant tell what it is, i think may be excess fuel idk. What can be causing the spark plug boot to pop loose? Help please

It's oil. Replace tour vc gasket and spark plug grommets. Also get new wires.
Its not oil....its almost a clear color and light, definitely not oil. Its also not the valce cover gasket because i replaced that with tube seals and grommets about last month, torqued to specs too

If it's clear it's probably just dielectric grease. Nothing to worry about.

Wires that pop off usually indicates either sh!ty plug wires or cylinder pressure sometimes caused by plugged PCV.

I was gonna suggest that too. Also is the plug itself torqued? You have to crush the crush washer or else combustion will leak out, which coukd cause enough pressure to pop that off.
