SOURCE: Electrochromic film (Switchable tint)

I recently searched the internet for a supplier of "Electrochromic film" commonly known as "Smart-film". It is a tint-like film that can be applied to windows that can go from clear to opaque with an electrical current.

I personally want to use this for an HUD project I am working on but others can use it for security tinting (when car is off) or other purposes.

Over the past 2 weeks, I tried contacting about 12 different leads claiming that they supplied the product, only one has replied thus far. Here is a copy of the email they sent.

There are vendors that sell it in black, but none of them replied to my request for information as of yet.
This supplier was the only one that confirmed that they have it in stock and available to ship/sell.
