well when i turn my steering wheel my right front wheel sounds like its poping or something. its hard to explain. any ideas? please help!!! my tires arent flat... im not sure if my tires are rubbing.

Sounds like a bad axle or broken cv joint.

put it on jacks, start the car up and go full throttle till you max out every gear.
