I have had my 1990 integra for about 20 years. I am ready to start redoing everything in the car. Looking to totally redo the suspension. What do you guys suggest? I just want to stay simple but with some style, a little style. I love a smooth ride. What do you recommend for suspension kits? Would you just replace the struts, ball joints and be done with it? Or would you go and extra mile to create a good smooth ride. What company is good? Help me

Function and Form Type 1's have gotten great reviews for going lower and still retaining a close resemblance to OEM suspension quality.

No fat chicks, car will scrape.

If your focus is on a smooth ride, lowering it will not make it smoother. Lowering a car will create different problems and create a harsher than OEM ride.
I suggest first off getting a master bushing kit from energy and replacing almost everything. Then going to look for either OEM replacement (tockico blue) struts and calling it a day. However if you want a more aggressive ride while still having some comfort then a lowering spring is perfect for you. Eibach sportline is pretty comfy on bilstein struts.

This is what i think of that:
1 your car must be slammed damn near as much as coy
2. you must have soft ass suspension
3: your car's functionality must suck
4. you are shallow as you dont want to be seen with a "fat chick"
5. going off number 4 you are insecure

Keep It Clean
If You want to restore it and do it correctly, Get all new OEM bushings, replace everything. All sway r bushings, front lower control arms, front lower and upper ball joints, inner and outer tie rods.

Trailing arm bushings, rear upper contrail arm bushings, and rear sway bar bushings.

Pick and choose what coilover setup works with your budget. You can go fully adjustable, or a simple coilover like f&f type1 or you can go with a strut and coilover sleeve setup.
