As some of you know i just ordering my b16a for my 90 integra. I have a full turbo kit at my house its a t28 turbo w/ a tial 38mm wastgate. Hks bov. downpipe and i'm buying a revhard exhaust manifold. I am going 2 be using a FMU for tuning. MY question now is 10 pounds tuned to much boost on the stock injectors and fuel pump or is that fine. I had tuning and dealing with fuel its just a pain in my ass and i dunno what 2 do. I wanna chip my pr3 w/ urberdata. Is that good or what. Like i said i'm not new to the import scene just new to the turbo and tuning scene thanks

I don't have a turbo setup but i think any setup on stock injectors isn't too promising..then again like i said i'm not turboed..

10 pounds is gonna be WAYYYY too much for your fuel system to handle. FMUs are built on ratios. A fmu w/ a ratio of 12:1 means that for every one psi of extra boost it adds 12 more psi of fuel pressure. 10x12 is 120psi ADDED onto your original 40psi of fuel pressure. 160 psi is alot of pressure!! your stock injectors can take maybe up to 80 or 100psi. So yes you will need a bigger pump and bigger injectors and a computer such as hondata or uberdata would be ideal too. I plan on piecing a turbo together once spring comes. Good luck man :thumbs up
p.s. don't run your setup at all at 10psi w/ your stock fuel system or your injectors will go poof!

I would not suggest using a FMU for 10 psi. Like GSR said get a ECU upgrade as in Hondata, Chrome, Uberdata. Ditch the FMU, get bigger injectors, bigger fuel pump and a ECU.

exactly what he said. you definetely need fuel management for any boost application, otherwise bye bye motor
