so lil help with VTEC solenoid please

I took my teg to the shop for the ecu wiring and they said I need new gasket for the vtec solenoid .. My question is does anyone know how to take it off and how much the part is

It looks like it is #12, which says it is $13.42. It is not hard to replace, just take out the two mounting colts for the solenoid and put it in.
