so i want different fog lights.

So on my 93 da9 I want to put aftermarket fog lights in the bumper and make it where the factory fog lights come on at the same time as the head lights. I don't figure this OS going to be easy so any help with this would be great thanks everyone.

Cut ur fog light wires about 8 inches from the light and splice your headlight wires and put them together. Negative to negative and positive to positive on both side and then run a new section of wire from the original fog light wire harness to ur new ones. Make sure to use the right butt connectors and electric tape and sealent so water doesn't get in them and corrode causing a ton of trouble

That simple huh. Recommended size wires. Do I need different bulbs or adapters for the factory fog lights?

just a butt connector some 14 to 16 gauge wire. go to auto zone and pick up some connector protector packets to put on the connections so no water gets on it and then wrap it real good with electric tape. its pretty simple man you going need to up the fuse for the fog lights as well it might work for a little bit but most likely will go out. i think its a 15 amp your going to need like a 25 to 30 amp depending on how long you run them.

Awesome. Thanks, any suggestions on some decent fog lights, Ive only dealt with off-road and I'm pretty sure I dont need kc high lights on my teg lol

with a little modifying to the bumper center section you could put the jdm fog lights for a honda civic in there they look pretty nice. thinking about doing it my self.
