ok so i picked me up a 1995 integra B18B1 and the car runs like a dream . only problems is that when im running her she smokes really bad when i hit over 5000 rpm . as im driving if i shift before that no smoking and if i shift after poors out the rear. when i get into her i have to add oil and coolent often. i know i need a valve cover seal but not sure were my coolent could be going???

What color is the smoke, this info could often help decide the problem...

I was thinking something is up with the head gasket too, it's probably the only place you could lose both oil and water at the same time.

yup your head gasket is gone. In theory a reason it does it above 5000 is the added stress but that is just some 'arm chair analysis' but more then likely it does it all the time you just dont notice.
