small oil leak on valve cover

so i dont know what it is called, however the round plastic cover between the valve cover and head is leaking oil. not much at any one time, but enough to make the front of my engine dirty as hell. which is annoying as you all know. everytime i look it oil has accumulated around it but nothing significant...any ideas as to a simple way to solve it? also if i take it off im gonna have to replce the valve cover gasket arent i? if i do that should i just go ahead and upgrade the springs and valves? i feel like a noob asking this stuff, but i gotta know...:roll:

Cam seal. Common problem on b-series. Make sure if you put a new one on you use honda-bond on it.

ok i figured is was somethin like that, but is it somethin i should just live with or wil it only cause problems down the road?

When mine started leaking, I replaced it with a metal aftermarket brand with O-rings.
