Small and cheap subwoofer setup...

Has anyone put in a small amp/sub in their Teg?? A case that looks nice and fits in the hatchback without taking up too much room? Even a DIY one would be cool.

I drove a rental with a small sub in the back of the car and it made the audio awesome. But I have about zero experience with this. Installed my fair share of speakers, but never put in a sub in a car. Just not sure where to start! Seems like there's a lot of sharp minds here that could this in a flash!

My friend had a bazooka tube and said it was decent. You don't need to do anything other than wiring it.

No fucks given.
They're not really designed to hit hard and rattle the trunk. They're more for enhancing the bass just enough for you to notice the difference, not for people that are 6 blocks away.

As what 94RS said, a bass tube isn't going to win any spl competitions.

I would go with dual ( NOT the brand ) 8" subs seeing that you seem to want a 'small' amount of space taken up.

Just get a single 12. A GOOD one. Well... Actually, what kind of music do you usually listen to?
