Slow O2 Response

my integra is throwing a code that says the primary o2 sensor is getting slow response i just replaced it the other day reset the ecu and im already throwing the same code. Im not to sure what could be causing this anyone know what would cause it to respond slow?

did you replace the wires to the sensor also, or just the sensor?

If its still doing the same problem and you only did the sensor, it might just be the wires that are bad.
