In the Cambodian culture, they say that means a ghost is laying above u trying to take over. But for me I'd say try to change your diet a bit eat cleaner and get better rest. Try new pillows or something.

I notice it only happens when I sleep on my back so I been sleeping on my side or stomach...I been going through this for years...you think a diet change would be good?

diets help with anything man. you are what you eat. try adding in more fruit to your meals. cut out grease, sugars and just eat more cleaner. it will help mentally and physically. adding in exercise is always a bonus. with the sleep paralysis thing i went thru it for years. Than i spoke with my anatomy and physiology teach and he gave me the whole run down on how the body works. so i took his advice and its never happened since.

yeah. ive seen a ghost show about that.

but its nothing to be alarmed about. changing some of your habits and what you sleep on would definitely help with that. try a tempurpedic mattress. those infomercials makes me want to get one. i suck at sleeping.

Sleeping disorders DO suck. I have RLS (restless leg syndrome) several times a month and can't stop moving my legs/ankles/feet for several hours on end..
