that's an assault vehicle prototype the u.s. military has been working on with Honda of Japan... the inner lights are actually high powered lasers... the 2 rectangular openings in front of the grill are actually the missle housings... the red "H" emblem is actually a ultra bright "HELP"-light that shoots into the sky if needed...
