How do I/Do I have access to allow HTML coding in my signature? I want to change
HTML code is Off to HTML code is On

Those are permissions that are set up by the admin of the site.

I seriously doubt they'll get changed.

Yeah sorry, no html allowed. That would be a security risk for javascript, etc.
