From the pic, it looks like the harness is on there. I bought new harnesses from passwordjdm. This seller however is a good guy. He owns www.jdmtheory.com His name is Geoff. Don't hesitate to buy from him. I actually know him personally. I've spent about 10 grand with him. I bought my Type R motor, 5 lug, etc. from him. Everything is great. Either way, it's a good price.

Sounds like this guy needs to learn how to use commas.

Includes sockets,wires, and bulbs.

That makes sense to me, I think it looks like an ok deal.
