My cousin has a 86 civic that he is trying to sell me for 1700. I am debating it but need some encouragement to sway for or away from it cause I dont NEED it. Lol

brown top d16a1 swap done right
zc block and cams
Header and custom exhaust into two glasspacks into downpipe
toki blues
some kind of struts and arms(not sure)
Stock tranny with brand new oem clutch and throw out bearing
and I know the car has been taken care of and it whipped my ass in the quarter mile last summer
I have a G1 teg that I been restoring and am practically done. Only need new door panels and repainted hood and It will be like new.
Problem Im facing is I dont want to get rid of my teg because I love the thing and have put my soul into it restoring it. I realize they both have the same engine but with his being modified and we are about the same size and weight.
His has theft written all over it cause its a civic and is clean and nice inside and out. My teg thankfully doesnt scream steal me. My car doesnt have a resell value of very much while his does basically no matter what.
The reason I bring up my teg is because I would have to get rid of it if I got the civic because I cant have too many cars in my apartment complex. Already been in trouble a few times
Any thoughts?
