shocks making noise

alright i have a DA9 and just a few weeks ago i lowered it with used kyb shocks and neuspeed springs. the ride is super smooth but when i hit a bump or any imperfections in the road the passenger side front one makes a noise like something is wrong. i got out and sat on that portion of the car to see if it made any noise and it sounded like a trampoline kinda. like it needed to be greased up or something. just wanna know if that sounds like a problem.

did you put the spring on right? Sometimes its just resetting its self. What does the noise sound like when you were in the car?

it makes a rattling noise like something's loose but it doesn't rattle, it just makes the noise when i hit something

yeah my DA use to do the same thing..im not exally sure what it is but i think there still setting
