shifter bushings

hey everyone I just bought a set of energy bushings and was wondering if anyone can give me step by step instructions on how to install them into a 00 gsr. Stock

instructions? bah! real men dont use instructions... lol.

its a very easy and straight forward install. only tricky part is squezzing the bushing in the shift linkage. just lay it on the ground and step on it i tried using my hands... i was just wasting my enegry.

i didn't even take the whole linkage off squeezed them on with my hands hard as hell though

thanks guys I actually ended up not using instructions but had a he'll of a time getting them in. But now there in and it feels so much better.
