Planning to raplace my stock shift knob with a honda leather shift knob that i found at auto zone...do you just unscrew it or is there like a lil screw you have to unscrew?

i wouldnt recommend those from autozone/pepboys. most of them require you to tighten with 3 allan screws that pinch the shifter and tend to get loose after a while from vibration and movement. youre probably thinking 'eh. its no big deal. ill just keep tightening it.' theyre made cheaply and those allan screws will either strip out the threads of the shift knob or strip the allen key side. so either way, you wont be able to tighten anymore and end up buying another one.

buy a legit twist-on shift knob for a few more bucks. rather than wasting your money on a cheap one that youll end up replacing.

Oem shift knobs are the best, I love mine, I've had aftermarket, they just don't seem right in the hand

Coming from the guy with aftermarket tails. Ricers make me laugh when they throw a huge body kit on there car and change every little part of there car and make it so nasty and disgusting...but keep the oem shift knob. LOL
Get the mugen dildo, it feels good. Smooth shifting too

Read my post in the body kit thread, page 3, it doesn't look like that by choice, I'm trying desperately to de-rice it
