Does anyone have the seat belt specs? My brother crashed his integra and the seat belts had to be cut to get him out. Apparently he was unconscious when they found him. This site has seat belts will this one work:

They don't give you vehicle specific help but they ask you to measure it. I can't measure the seat belts since my car is in california since i loaned it out to a friend and his is in the shop. This is what their website says:
The retractable lap and shoulder webbing is 133 inches total length when fully extended.
The Buckle is 6 inches in length..
Webbing measures 1 7/8" wide.
Buckle measures roughly 2 3/4" long X 1 3/4 wide".
Tongue measures roughly 2 1/2" long X 2 1/2".
His car is a 1999 integra GS. Although i don't think trim matters for seatbelts.
