seat belts again!

so i was searching and couldnt find anything similiar to my problem. My seatbelts work but for some odd reason the driver side will retract or stay retracted at times and then at others it will work fine so i just wondered if it might be the wires?

Bring it to the dealer get them replaced under warrenty!

How long is the warranty valid for? Both my front seat belts dont retract that well and the back seat buckles are installed backwards, can all of these be replaced for free?
