Screw for the Diaphragm for the Fuel Rail

So i FINALLY got to figure out how to get my fuel filter off after much strain and figuring out how to snap the damn banjo bolts. But not after I thought by unscrewing the screw for the Diaphragm (right above where the line leading from the filter to the injections) and then screwing it back in once I realized it wouldn't help me get that last banjo bolt off. (thought of pulling the entire line attached to it out, but discovered that it connected to a giant assembly)

Now my question is. Is there any exact tightness or amount of turns of the screwdriver it has to be? My friend guessed it was a Diaphragm. Would get a picture but I have no camera.

Googled a picture of a 1990 integra engine and circled where it was in paint ,_,

It looks EXACTLY like the plastic covered piece at the very end of this following fuel line picture, but it isnt the same rail as mine. But thats what the plastic cap looked like exactly

I'm sure there is a torque spec for it. When I built my LSV I just tightened it down nice and snug and gave it about 1/8th of a turn more.
This one is one you can use German torque spec on. Make sure it's "goodntight".
For exact torque spec check the manual.

I use the same method as Broken_Talon. The torque specs for the banjo bol is: 25 lb-ft.. however I just searched my FSM and I can't find one for that nut. It would seem you never need to take it off. Ever. Lol.

(Besides, how would you get a torque wrench on it.)
Just use the above method for making it tight,

I understand all of this but the thing is...its not a banjo bolt ,_, Its simply a screw....philips head screw on that piece. I took it off thinking I could disconnect the line from the fuel rail to put my old filter into a vice and then get better leverage, but finding out that screw didnt help anyway and the entire fuel rail was one piece, I put the screw back in. I'll screw it in more with a screw driver and see what changes

I thought you were talking about the whole unit? I don't think mine has a screw.. either way, just make it tight..
