so here is what i need to fix... the rear bumper rebar is all rotted thats an easy fix unbolt and bolt a new one on... the more complicated is my abs does not work.... is there any way to diagnose what the problem is??? i fixed my ecu code 43 removed the hazzard fuse for 10 secs then put it back in.... and the other one is my headlights are all screwy... when high beams are on one head light is on high and one is on low switch to low beam and there complete opposite..... everything else is pretty simple... leaky valve cover gasket... few missing bolts and nuts.... the only thing i really need help with is the abs or it does not pass and i cant drive it.... and i thought i might add... the abs does NOT work AT all if i hit the brakes hard it locks em up

Check for any loose wiring around the ABS. Maybe there's fuses for it?

I've never heard of that happening with the headlights. Maybe the wires are crossed, or... something?
