Rust On My Corner Panels

Need Help, I've started to notice Rust spots on my corner panels on my LS. I've heard of a few ways to patch it up, but whats the BEST possible way for this. My integra is clean but those spots are making me go WILD -.- please help thankkkss

rear quarter panel? by the wheel? all old hondas have it... You could just paint over it, and it'll grow bigger. Or wire wheel the b**** and prime paint n coat. thats my method, may be others
