Rust Issue

Hey guys, winter is just finishing up here in Canada. So i decided to clean up and teg and take a good look at her. I've some across some rust spots on the lips in my rear wheel wells. It's not scary rust but I would like to address it so it doesnt get out of hand. As far as I'm concerned I would have to sand it down completely and tape and repaint. Question: What type of paint would I use and where would be the best place to get it?

If anyones knows of a easier or better method, I'm all ears. Thanks

clean it up and put a rust converter on it, if your careful you wont have to go to far outside the lip
