Just finished my B16 Swap and im having a weird problem.
When i first start it up, you can smell gas pretty bad and it runs rough, i have to keep my foot on the gas or it will die, after revving it up for a minute or so the CEL comes on then all the sudden it runs better and idles better, it even drives better after this
I'm assuming the ecu is going into "limp mode" correct me if im wrong
anyone ever experiance this before?
UPDATE:: Ok i got 2 codes 3, and 5 both are MAP sensor codes, i checked all the hoses, they are good, and swapped the MAP sensor still does the same thing... Its almost imposible to drive if the CEL doesnt come on, it falls on its face if the throttle hits more then half way. Prob is i can only get the CEL to come on when its dead cold, (hasnt ran in hours) Could bad o-ring injectors be the cause of this? i changed the oil and smelled like gas pretty bad so i havnt been driving it till i get this fixed...
