Running speaker wire through doors or...?

Hey guys,
I'm brand new here, my Sunfire GT beater kept giving me problems so I got myself a Forest Green 97' Integra RS, which I'm loving so far. I've already learned a lot lurking these forums, tons of useful info on here! Anyways I have a question for you audio guys...

I already installed my Pioneer head unit, and I have some Kenwood eXcelon Components on the way for my fronts...I have a 4 channel JL audio 320w amp and I'll be running two channels to the fronts and the other two bridged for a sub, until I buy a dedicated mono amp. Enough background, now for my QUESTION!

I checked out the tutorial for running wire into the doors and it looks like a PITA. Will my speakers sound noticeably worse if I would just run the speaker wire from my amp to the harness behind the deck, and retain the stock wiring through the doors to the speakers??

THANKS

Real Good!
i think that might work, for mine i have a few speakers in each door wiring them sucked so i HAD to run more than just stock wires

i drilled holes on the inner metal behind the kick panels and then took out that piece that keeps your door from opening too much

You won't hear any difference, but depending on how much power the amp is sending to them they may restrict power delivery.
