Running Problem

Hi to all, i am new to this forum, but unfortunately i came to this forum for help on a problem, my car is running rugh, its stumbling and iit feels like as if it wants to run but its like the fuel cuts out and restores and cuts out again and cause the tach to go crazy, i even posted a youtube vid here's the link:

Maybe your fule pump is grounding some how? my friend had the same problem

preventative maintenance goes a long ways,
check your injector screens, clean them out
check fuel filter actually take it off and tip to see if the fuel is colored or just change it.
Check plugs, cap and rotor, wires etc... and vacuum lines change them all...
check the F.I.T valve and adjust
check ignition timing and adjust
check distributor connections, take apart and clean
clean inside of distributor, blow it out with compressed air
check all wiring take the time to inspect and clean your car and it will give you the performance you are looking for....
