RS with discs

Hi I tried searching but i couldnt find the specific answer. Well i'm lookin at buyin an integra in the near future but can you get 4 wheel discs on the 3rd gen RS? were they standard? because i'm not lookin for other suff on the ls or se, and too poor for a gs-r, so just wondering if the rs had them. thanks.
