Hey everyone new here anyways I just got my engine rebuilt 1990 integra 1.8 ls but when I get on it it won't go past 3500 rpms. Any suggestions appreciated thnx

could be a list of things. spark plugs, mass airflow sensor, dizzy, etc. most likely something electrical.
