rough idle 19 teg

I have a 5 speed 91 hatch. when im setting in neutral it has a rough idle. jumps from like 700 to like 300 rpm. idk if that is the actual numbers but it is a big jump like that. im curious on to what it could be?

Maybe needs a tune up.

i will try that when i get back in school. The guy that sold it to me said it had new plugs and i believe wires but ill check em out to be sure.

clean iacv that should help a bit also replace pvc valve
