right low beam out

My right low beam recently went out. what fuse number is it and what are some other possibilities that it may be? bright lights work fine. Thanks

it was never turned on dude. My fuse #19 is shorting. What would do that. Or would having too low of a fuse cause that as well?

No It was never turned on. Fuse #19 keeps blowing. Too low of a fuse or a short. And where at
