I just bought my first Teg ( 96 gsr Its been my dream car since I was 14) Got it for a sick price. But there is a dent in my quater panel. I wanna replace it not fancy just a stock one. How much should it run me? Also I know it prob belongs some where else It came with a free set of coilovers how much do you think I should lower it since it will be my DD. I kinda want it low but no to low I cant go over rail road tracks and such. thanks for the help.

Are you talking about your quarter panel (located towards rear of car, runs from end of door to the end of car) or your fender (located front of car on the side between the wheel + hood and bumper+door)?
A quarter panel job will run you quite a bit - quote on my friends Subaru 2.5 Rs for an entire new drivers side quarter panel was about $1700. A fender might cost you about $200-250 used including paint.

Lowering depends a little on what kind and size of large bumps (speed bumps/railroad tracks) and how easy they are to avoid in your area, steepness of driveways, and condition/type of the roads. But it mostly depends on drivers preference, driving style, available budget, and overall car goals. It is difficult to tell you how much to lower your car since nobody on here knows any of these things. My guess is that a 1.5"-2" drop will be what you're looking for but that is just a guess
