^^LOL no. It is a reverse head. If that is the case, where is the oil filter, and why is the crank/cam gears/dizzy/vtec solenoid etc on the "wrong" side of the head/VC? Do us a favor and GOOGLE something before assuming.
OP, for the 0 Hp increase, it is not worth it. The only thing that changes is IATs go down which can be turned into more power with tune/timing changes. From what I have read, it is a LOT of work. I an't recall seeing an actual DIY guide since is far from a simple bolt on procedure.
