Resto-mod the Badger

Well here in about a week or so the badger is going down for a much needed restore.
Trying to get the barn all cleaned up and ready to take on the project.
I know which direction I want to go but the way of the engine is what I am up against.
The original motor only has 218k on it, runs very strong and I am still impressed with the
performance of these B18's. But I have been thinking about a K swap. How much of a pain in the butt
is it?
Or I can just build me my first B18 motor for way much cheaper than the swap. Just because I have a
B1 block sitting in our bedroom on our dresser. Yes I said I have an engine block in our bedroom. i also have a steel aftermarket hood in there to...lol...

Looking for my next Teg..
K swap prolly cost you more than taking on the B series rebuild.... they aren't a drop in solution per -se as you have to have special motor mounts and perform a lot of mods to get it to work as nothing on a k series is remotely close to the layout of a b-series ( at least this is my understanding from hors of reading)

I would say if you want to do a swap. grab up a B18C5 and go from there ;) then sell off you B18b stuff... or rebuild the B18B & boost the shit out of it.
