im a certified acura tech for 10 years its not that hard if you are carefull if you have a non vtec you need to make sure the cams stay put this can be achieved by finding the two holes that are near the front of the cams near the gears you can put metal rods in there or screw drivers to hold the cams . also start from the crank gear then go straight up to the exhaust cam keep it tight then go around the other cam gear ,then to the tensioner, then to the water pump. after releasing the tensioner tighten it down to get the slack out turn the crank clock wise til the slack is at the tensioner losen it again to get out the slack let the spring do the job if you try prying om the tensioner you could over tighten causing it to make noise and could cause the pump to wear otu prematurly good luck
