I haven't checked yet where they are on these cars, but have you replaced the starter solenoid?

^^ He replaced the whole starter. ^^

You might have bad wires going to your starter... have you tried using a voltmeter to check on voltage drops? It might not even be your starter thats bad, just wires.

Also, when you start your car, you do have the clutch in, correct? you need the clutch all the way in to start the vehical.

Check your clutch position sensor. If the car doesn't know the clutch is in, there is no way for it to start the car.

Just a few suggestions. Try that and see if it works

check ALL of your grounds! If some arent correctly hooked up this can def. be th problem, especially check the ground going to the starter. Also it might be the battery lol. Sometimes its the most simple things like that. Go to auto zone or w/e and get a free check.

is the fuel pump priming?

If not, check the PGM-Fi relay (main relay) Also, if you have over 100k on the car, check the coil and ignitor in the distributor.
