Removing stripped brake rotor screw

So I'm taking off my rotor off my rear hub and got the first screw out but second one stripped, any advice

Get a different screw driver. If the head is completely stripped use a drill and drill the head off the screw.

Drill it out. You dont need it.

Those screws are to keep the rotor in place during initial assembly in the plant. Once the wheels go on, they secure the rotor.

Last time that happened to me, I drilled it out with the always handy step drill bit. Then ground it flat, the majority of cars don't use screws.
