Remove Headl/Tail Light Moisture

So I'm a proud new owner of my first Integra. I chose a 2001 5 speed GS-R. Only problem is that i cant register it until i pass Virginia emissions/safety. And my taillights and head lights have moisture in the lens. Any How to's to make this painless and and cheap so I don't have to buy new set up? I was told something about baking the lights to break seal but was also told this method is hard to keep sealed after done and that moisture would be inevitable. Any help please.

two different ways that i would do it would be

1.take them off let them sit inside your house at room temperature for a day or two and re seal them

2. put them in the over or take a heat gun to the edge of where two pieces meet to heat up the glue and make it easier to pry the two pieces apart, then you can clean them out.

these where mine, left them inside for two days and it went away, still need to re seal them but they arent on the car any more so not too worried about it.

You can also use a hair dryer but like he said, you must remove them, pull out the bulb, heat them up with a hair dryer or let them sit, then you must seal them with clear silicone availabe in a tube in any hardware store. Water gets in around where the lens and housing meet. Run a nice smooth bead around the housing and reinstall onto car.

i tried that but with a heat gun, didnt remove them off the car and it started to melt the housing lol
def take them off so you have room to work
