Hello my fellow teggy owners. Newbie here.

Searched for a thread for a reliable turbo set up with minimal boost, and long lasting, but found nothing

I would like to know what is a good reliable turbo set up that can last at least five years with minimal boost.

Not looking for a fast dragster, just want to be able to have a little fun from time to time when I feel like pullin away with that awesome blow off valve sound

I've got a b20b, jdm motor, 35k miles, gsr tranny rebuilt, and I'm putting it in my Integra shell. First project car.

I want to know what is needed for a 5 year plus car that I can take to college (40 miles away), and also take around town for a spontaneous drive from time to time.

Ii was thinking garret t3 turbo, ac friendly exhaust manifold, 3 inch downpipe, standard intercooler, maybe sleeving the motor if necessary, also forged pistons to ptoect the ring landings? And eagle rods, and that's it.

Of course a proper tune as well.

Will this set up be good for everyday use? Thanks!

Muckman knows all when it comes to turbos lol. Get a smaller turbo for quicker spooling (turbonetics super 60) and forget about all the aftermarket internals. Leave it stock and as long as you are on top of the maintenance you'll be ok.
