reliable tranny for my gsr?

i had my tranny taken away so can u guys list some good ones i can replace it with i want sumthin more powerful and also kinda reliable so list some for me thanks

tranny taken away?? it go bad on u?? get a jdm type r tranny with lsd, itll bolt right on but there a lil pricey

no it didnt go bad its jus that the cops pulled me over and didnt see a vin number on my tranny so they took it to da yard and crushed my poor tranny now i gotta pay for the tow fee storage fee and the labor fee plus i need a new tranny ..damn i love the cops

^^^ WTF that sucks. sorry to hear about that. just get a b16 tranny for your gsr, they said it's the same gear ratio as the type r but without the lsd. all b series tranny should fit directly to any b series engine. if you don't mind cruising on the freeway at 5k rpm then just go with the b16. just correct me if i'm wrong. peace!

damn! they Crushed your tranny!! where do you live?? was it a legit tranny? if so isnt there something you can do or say? id be pissed! :guns:

yes its legit...the sticker came off when i cleaned it...and no u cant do anything cuz the law specifically says u cant be drivin without that tag on ur tranny...but remember the law is very just at ALL times lol

Get a 96-97 4.4 final drive LSD ITR tranny. They usually go for about $1,000 bucks. Good ass tranny's though. That's what I have. The ratios are perfect.
